When you step aboard MSC Seaside, you’ll immediately notice she’s designed to bring you closer to the ocean than many ships do — with expansive outdoor spaces, lots of glass, wide views, and unique features like the Waterfront Boardwalk (deck 8) which runs almost around the ship’s side, lined with restaurants, bars, shops and views, and glass-floored catwalks and panoramic lifts to soak in the scenery. Inside there’s a lively mix: a high-tech theatre, vibrant atriums, multiple pools, and winding walkways. As a Yacht Club guest, you share in all of this energy — but with your own enclave forward or upper decks that gives you quiet when you need it, and a retreat from the crowds.
MSC Seaside offers an impressive variety to keep you busy at sea. You can enjoy aquatic fun in the multi-storey water park (five water slides, AquaPlay area for tots), try the adventure trail, or race down the zip line overhead. There are bowling alleys, a large interactive theatre for live shows, fitness facilities, and of course the MSC Aurea Spa with its relaxation areas. Families have special spaces too – kids’ clubs in partnership with LEGO® and Chicco®, casual buffets, kids’-friendly areas, etc. As a Yacht Club guest, you get priority access to shore excursions, reservations for speciality restaurants, less queuing, and via butler/concierge you can organise spa time or shows so your time is more seamless.
Dining onboard Seaside is varied and strong. There are nine restaurants, of which five are speciality ones. Some standout options: Ocean Cay Restaurant for seafood and fish-based menus; Butcher’s Cut for steaks; Pan Asian for fusion of sushi, sashimi, tempura and other Asian styles; Kaito Sushi & Teppanyaki where chefs prepare food in front of you; a main restaurant with Mediterranean and international cuisine (Seashore Restaurant); buffet options at Marketplace and Biscayne Buffet; Ipanema Restaurant too. Bars and lounges are everywhere: Venchi chocolate & gelato bar, Seaview Lounge, etc. When you’re in Yacht Club, you have your own restaurant with reserved seating, more flexible dining times, and quieter, more refined surroundings compared to the main restaurants, plus complimentary drinks in Yacht Club lounges.
Your suite in MSC Yacht Club aboard Seaside is designed as a private retreat. Suites vary: some have large balconies (for example, the Royal Suite has about 62 sqm inside, with ~33 sqm balcony complete with private whirlpool), others are more modest (interior or smaller balcony/panoramic windows). All the Yacht Club cabins offer premium amenities: butler service, dedicated concierge, WiFi, interactive TV, minibar, comfortable bedding, high quality bathrooms with showers or bathtub plus vanity area. You’ll benefit from priority embarkation/disembarkation, access to your exclusive lounges, pool & sun decks, and complimentary access to the Thermal Suite in the Aurea Spa. Whether you lounge in your suite or use the shared Yacht Club spaces, everything is designed to make your cruise feel effortless, private and luxurious.
